Arthur Robert Baxter (1852 – 1920)
Arthur was the son of Susan Baxter, the stepson of Robert Cullingford and the grandson of David Baxter and Mary Aldous.
Arthur was baptized three times, firstly as Arthur on the 1st March, 1852 the son of Susan Baxter from the Union House at Pulham Market, St Mary Magdalene. Secondly as Arthur on the 18th March, 1852 at Depwade Union House, born on the 27th February, 1852 the illegitimate son of Susan Baxter of Starston; finally he was baptized Robert Cullingford, the son of Robert Cullingford and Susan (Baxter) on the 11th September, 1859, at Redenhall, St Mary. Older brother David Baxter (1847 – 1929) settled in Westhall, Suffolk.
Marriage
Arthur married Ann Eliza Balaam (1853 – 1935) the daughter of Robert Balaam and Eliza Abbott, 1875, Ipswich.
